This review is regarding the enrollment procedure for KISD schools. This is the 2nd Texas school I have enrolled my child and the 1st time I seriously considered home schooling instead of putting him in the public school system. The first day is paperwork. What the lady neglected to tell me was that when I drop my kid off the next day, Im not done yet. I have to come in with him and spend 2 hours further waiting for her to type in the computer some more and not tell me what she is doing. Please be sure to feed your child, bring a snack and something to drink. You will be there for a while and will need the energy.
My child loves his teacher and at the end of the day that matters.
This school is the worst school ever!!!! The staff in the office all have attitudes! I feel like they don’t even wanna be there. Maybe just for a paycheck. No type of help with my child! They failed my child. This is my child’s education and furture! His teacher was nice. But idk what she was doing with helping him. She said she was gonna tutor him after class and never did!!!! I never even had a ARD meeting. No phone call or email reguarding my student. All I got was a report card saying they failed him. I wouldn’t go to this school. Killeen schools suck!
Mi experiencia en esta escuela fue muy buena. Llegamos de PR en agosto y decidimos matricular nuestra hija en esta escuela. La han tratado super bien y la han ayudado a entender y a aprender el inglés super rápido. Realmente estoy muy contenta que este estudiando en una escuela donde aún la maestra no sabiendo español logro que mi hija aprendiera.
