Went to get a new chrome book for my daughter after talking to the help desk yesterday, I went in and was told by Amy at the front desk that they didn’t have any and she couldn’t do anything for me…Rude very Rude! I called the help desk and informed Jamie the help desk person that I was being told that they didn’t have any chrome books, Amy comes yelling down the hall …”we can’t do anything for you and he’s gonna tell you the same thing”..Rude! Jamie spoke to someone higher up and got me a chrome book! Avoid if you can! No apologies just rude looks on my way out!
Came in almost two weeks ago to enroll my son, he is still not in school. School started long ago already; why does it take so long to enroll a student if all students already attend school. Diana just keeps saying she’s working on it. The previous school is already asking for the new school he goes to. So I know it’s on independence end. It’s just a matter of transfer scripts. Update: It’s the 21st of September, still nothing nor in school
Water fountains dont work. Mediocre district
