I enrolled my 8-year-old son for Ivy Kids summer camp. I also referred a few of his friends from school to register. Just one week’s experience showed me what a wrong decision I had made. You never get your money’s worth. Teachers are extremely rude to children. My son came home crying for a week because they constantly spoke as if they were giving orders. The summer camp, which we sent to my son so he could have fun during the summer, quickly caused sadness and stress in my son. Also, even though I paid for Chick-Fil-A on Fridays, my son was not given lunch and no research was even done. Even though I double checked for lunch on Friday morning, the Chick-Fil-A I paid for was not delivered. I was able to get the lunch money back because I reminded them myself, otherwise they didn’t even know about it. Today, I told them that we would not come again to the summer camp, which we attended for only 1 week. They charged us 150 USD for the supply fee for the products they would give during the summer. They said they would give water bottles, t-shirts and many other things. They only gave me a t-shirt. When I asked for a refund of 150 USD, they said they could not refund it. I paid 150 USD for just 1 t-shirt. I decided to warn all our school friends for this very unprofessional behavior. What was done was not nice and unacceptable. I hope you don’t make the same mistake.
Ivy Kids Cinco Ranch is amazing! Every staff member greets my kids with their name as they walk in, which makes them feel special. They go out of their way to ensure my kids enjoy their time there, feel safe and loved. My daughter had a tough time with transition to her new class, but every teacher including her older ones came by to make sure she was comforted. Miss Lana took time out of her busy day to check in on her and spent time in her class with her. Thank you to all the teachers and staff for all of the extra love you give each and everyday.
As a parent, i absolutely love this school! Infant A is so warming and loving to my daughter! Shoutout to Mrs Eneida, Mrs Celi, Mrs Rita, Mrs Nancy and Ms Abigail! I love them so much! ??????
