I have been sending my daughter to Ivy Prep for over a year and I couldnt be happier. The student to teacher ratio is about 4:1, which is much lower than the majority of preschools/daycares in our area. The curriculum is always age appropriate and helps build a great foundation to prepare children for elementary school. I trust the staff and teachers completely, They treat our entire family with such kindness. I consistently receive text and photo updates throughout the day and I love that my daughter loves her school!
My third grandchild is currently attending this amazing learning center; my other 2 grandkids graduated a few years back and both were more than prepared for Kindergarten and beyond. Wonderful owner/director, caring teachers, engaging atmosphere throughout the school, and lots of fun activities, even in the infant room, that get the kids to LOVE learning! There was never a day the kids didn’t want to go to Miss Shelly’s school!
Ivy Prep teachers themselves are wonderful and always striving for the betterment of all the children. However, there are times the school is severely understaffed. This is the case most of the time. Classes seem to be always getting jumbled and combined together. The attentive care that you are looking for is not here. Too many children with very few teachers. Try a montessori style school instead.
