My child is 5 y/o and has been attending the academy for a month now, and I would say that was the best decision we took for our daughter. We absolutely loved everyone there. The instructors are more than amazing. They are super patient with kids, and would always find ways to help your child learn. They helped our daughter learn by using not only verbal but visual communication as well, since she doesn’t speak English very well and wouldn’t understand everything. Instructors always engage with kids and will stand/sit next to the child who needs help with certain moves and show it to them step by step. It’s been only a month, but my daughter has learned so much and started to improve in certain areas, such as not getting distracted easily and focusing on instructors only, and started to build confidence and not get shy or cry every time she sees a new face. I loved how the classes are not only about the child learning to punch or kick. JBTKD teaches children respect, confidence, leadership, commitment, self control and concentration. I would highly recommend JBTKD to everyone!
My 10 y/o son and 8 y/o daughter have been students since March 1. The staff is awesome with the children and super friendly to both students and parents! My children absolutely LOVE going to class and have become tremendously more respectful, well-behaved, polite, responsible, and compassionate over the few weeks since joining the academy!!! I love that there are multiple classes offered throughout the week, allowing us to choose the days that work best for my family’s schedule! I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the positive influence Mr. Black, as well as each of the instructors, has made in both of my children. I HIGHLY recommend Jeramy Black’s TaeKwonDo Academy to everyone!
We love Jeremy Black Taekwondo Academy. The staff are very friendly, personable, and helpful. They really care about the children/ adults who come to learn Taekwondo at their Academy. They teach the children/ adults much more than just kicking and punching in their Taekwondo classes. They teach them confidence, focus, and respect for others. So the child or adult can be the best they can be in school, at home, or at work, and in their community. My grandson’s manners, awareness & respect for others is improving. He is more focused and gaining more confidence every day. ?? I highly recommend Jeremy Black Taekwondo Academy. ??
