Too many nurses are quitting the children they care for because this school is short staffed & forces PRIVATE nurses to sign document to work outside their role as teacher’s Aide in classroom. Parents, it is YOUR children missing out for Coleman’s staff gets paid to expose your kids. Private nurses are not being paid a dime by Coleman! Fight for your private nurses for it is your children alone losing their good, caring nurses. What good is Coleman if the nurses not trained as special Ed having to take the kids when there? Why did you send your child there? To be taught by people trained to or by your nurses there to offer medical services? Coleman puts up a good front but are you sure your kids are safe there at a ratio of 12 or 15 kids :1 teacher? This is the real reason they want to force nurses to work as teacher’s Aide. Short staffed. They got rid of all their Aides so not to pay. The nurses hate that school and who have not yet quit are waiting to quit.
