Amazing school with brilliant teaching staff who are always ready to give a helping hand to anyone who needs it and a great sports system. They even have a girl’s football team along with boy’s football team as well as fabulous after school clubs . They make every child who attend the school feel important and for Year 6, they have a Pupil Parliament. Lessons are very grand ,very organized and everyone enjoys them. This school is the best primary school in Croydon.
I remember when i was in reception i absolutely loved the first day and all the way through school i had amazing friends teacher and many more. So many different rewards points like house points and dojo points. The school has seriously made some immense changes to make the school a tip top school. We have a graduation for primary. when i did that in 2018 we had so much fun. Obviously leaving the school was very upsetting.
Whichever teacher reads this that i know i just want to say a massive thank you for making so many people successful.
Teachers this is Hasnain Ali you may or may not remember me but thanks for all good. The food was amazing. Had a good supply of everything. Overall the best primary school you will ever go to.
This school has had a total overhaul and 3 headmistresses since my Son started in Sept 2015 and it is now an Academy. Unfortunately the inadequate rating still hangs over it from the last inspection and does not reflect current standards. I personally am not keen on Academies as I feel they downgrade teachers positions and are free to use unqualified staff which is counter-productive. However, the school really IS trying very hard to drive up standards where the previous teachers had all but given up and that is noted and appreciated.

They have hit the ground running making many changes but I’m not sure that some parents know how to support their children and staff to help make the school the success it is striving to be. I do like the home Mathletics program, the weekly newsletters updating me on what his class will be learning and them encouraging the children via a House System and Dojo points for good behaviour and work. Having said that, I don’t always know until the parents meetings what areas he is needing support with so I can assist him at the time and would appreciate if it was noted in the daily communication book – as requested in my last two meetings .

My son has not had any issues with bullying and the children generally appear very well behaved. The school definitely needs to have more outings to places of interest for the early years not just year 6 and much more fun activities to keep their interest. I guess to shift the inadequate rating , this is not being made a priority but it would improve morale for the children.

My son gets quite a bit of homework which I feel is an adequate amount for him but it is a tad too easy and he needs a bit more of a challenge. I have no doubt they will move to a good rating when they are next reviewed. It is by no means a bad school but it is still a work in progress hence 3 rating.

This school is amazing . All teachers are proffesional and nice and kind. If you want your child to have a good primary school life , this school is the best . It has after school clubs for all years . There is football club , gymnastics, street dance and many more. All children are well behaved and always succeed in Maths, English , IPC, Science, SPaG and P.E. This is the best school.
Lovely school. Kids come back with a smile on their face. My son enjoys his football club and multisports club. They are attentive to children and have lots of fun activities every day.
