Whichever teacher reads this that i know i just want to say a massive thank you for making so many people successful.
Teachers this is Hasnain Ali you may or may not remember me but thanks for all good. The food was amazing. Had a good supply of everything. Overall the best primary school you will ever go to.
They have hit the ground running making many changes but I’m not sure that some parents know how to support their children and staff to help make the school the success it is striving to be. I do like the home Mathletics program, the weekly newsletters updating me on what his class will be learning and them encouraging the children via a House System and Dojo points for good behaviour and work. Having said that, I don’t always know until the parents meetings what areas he is needing support with so I can assist him at the time and would appreciate if it was noted in the daily communication book – as requested in my last two meetings .
My son has not had any issues with bullying and the children generally appear very well behaved. The school definitely needs to have more outings to places of interest for the early years not just year 6 and much more fun activities to keep their interest. I guess to shift the inadequate rating , this is not being made a priority but it would improve morale for the children.
My son gets quite a bit of homework which I feel is an adequate amount for him but it is a tad too easy and he needs a bit more of a challenge. I have no doubt they will move to a good rating when they are next reviewed. It is by no means a bad school but it is still a work in progress hence 3 rating.
