My wife received the worst service ever possible for hair dying. Not only did not she get the color she expected, not only did she get the ugliest color ever, but also she was treated very disrespectfully and rudely! I am most upset with how she was treated than how her hair color turned out to be ugly. Although she provided the staff with a photo of the color she wanted, they did not even try to listen to what she wanted. They messed up and tried to fix it which has made it even worse. Also, they have charged her for their mistakes. Worst of all, they have even refused to blow dry her hair and made her leave the salon with wet hair in a cold weather! When she asked to, at least, let her dry her hair herself, they aggressively refused to do so as well. What an unprofessional salon and disrespectful salon!!!!!!!!!!!
As a student we are grateful to have individuals willing to help us learn. Sometimes we do not satisfy your needs 100 percent but please understand we are learning and sometimes that comes with making mistakes. The instructors are experienced and willing to make suggestions, but for the most part give us the freedom to make decisions for our clients needs/ requests! Thank you for being understanding and patient!
