My child attended this daycare from March 2023 – May 2024 and I thought I was so lucky. That is until I found out their teachers are constantly being reported by other teachers to the managing director for aggressive behavior with the children yet no official reports are on file and the main directors are oblivious, the cameras in the classrooms don’t work but they’ll lie and say they do, and they switch out teachers so much you never know who really around your child. I held my tongue in hopes of a proper investigation but almost a month later and I still lack answers of what actually happened to my child and others. How about the fact a baby got a yeast infection due to not getting changed on a regular basis when told it was needed, teachers are mandatory reporters and won’t speak up or report anything to DCFS when that’s literally part of their license. I am hurt and disappointed and I will be a voice for my child and any other child.
This building houses the Early intervention, Early headstart, head start and state peek programs all under one roof. Teachers are awesome and dedicated to educating the students and parents are encourage to participate.
