We enjoyed the swimming but the customer service needs fine tuning. Rather than communicating and fixing things they’d prefer to just cancel your lessons as you’re put in the ‘too hard’ bucket. We were going elsewhere when the weather warmed up anyway so did us a favour without having to give notice!

Jump! Lara is a truly awesome swimming school. My son has been attending at Jump! for about a year and adores attending thanks to the amazing staff and carefully managed facilities. I cannot recommend Jump! enough to anyone with looking for a safe and supportive space for their children to learn how to swim.
Family friendly staff with a strong professional teachers. Firm teaching that helped my child to learn to swim safely in a short time frame. Definitely a place to recommend if in need for a swimming teacher.
Always a great time. Liz is an amazing teacher. Staff always happy & welcoming. So glad to be back after lockdown
The team at Jump Lara are great. Professional but fun.
