When taking required real estate post license classes, you may think that it does not matter where you take them. It does matter. I am just finishing “Contracts and Closing Costs” at J.Y. Monk Real Estate School. The instructor, Russell Wood, is an excellent instructor.. He not only knows the material, he has a very pleasant style of teaching. More importantly, you can tell that Russell really cares that the students learn. Unlike the pre license class, the material in this class will make you money or cause you NOT to get into a lawsuit. Russell Wood does an extraordinary job of teaching this class. Let Russell’s class be your first post license class after you start your real estate career.
Russell Wood provided a riveting educational rollercoaster. He didn’t just teach us, he took his real life experience and allowed us to walk in his shoes… at no time was he derelict of his duty as an educator. If you have to take this class…Go with Russell
