TODAY WAS AND UPSETTING DAY FOR ME .. WHY? BECAUSE OF THE DISRESPECTFUL OFFICE STAFF AT KELSEY PHARR ELEMENTARY.. I WANTED TO TRANSFER MY TWO CHILDREN FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL TO KELSEY PHARR AS I ENTER THE OFFICE THE ATTENDENCE STAFF HAD THE WORSE ATTITUDE EVER SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAITTTT UNTIL SHE GET OFF HER LUNCH BREAK TO TALK TO HER ABOUT TRANSFERRING MY CHILDREN THERE I THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY IT WANT TAKE TO LONG IM ONLY TRANSFERRING MY CHILDREN HERE.. SHE THAN TOLD ME IM TAKING MY LUNCH AND FIVE MINUTES,, I SMIRK AND SAID TO HER MADAM THIS IS MY SECOND TIME COMING HERE AN THE OTHER CLERK BESIDE YOU GAVE ME THE EXACT TIME THAT YOU WILL BE DOING TRANSFERS..SHE TOLD ME WELL I HAVE TO DO ATTENDANCE AND OTHER THINGS FIRST BEFORE I CAN DO YOUR TRANSFER ..SO I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE PRINCIPAL SHE LET ME SPEAK TO THE ASST. PRINCIPAL WHO ALSO HAD A SNOOBY ATTITUDE TELLING ME GIVE ME YOUR INFO AND I`LL MAKE A COPY AND GIVE YOU THE TIME AND DATE WHEN SHE WANT YOU TO COME BACK .. MY POINT IS IF YOU SUPPOSE TO BE PROFESSIONAL BE MINDFUL ABOUT TREATING OTHERS AN DISCOMFORT YOU NEVER KNOW WHO MAY COME AND THE OFFICE TO REVIEW HOW YOUR SCHOOL IS RAN .. SO I GIVE KELSEY PHARR ELEMENTARY A ZERO… OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY INSULTING AND RUDE I TOOK MY TWO CHILDREN ELSE WHERE.. SMH

I was in this school from 1st to 2nd grade. I would have stayed there for a few more years if it wasn’t for the terribly rude and stupid substitutes that the school allows to substite the children. I came into classes wanting to cooperate with the substitutes and follow their rules, but only came out crying because of their need to belittle us and show that they have power over the students in ways that are cruel. I am only describing the substitutes that I had in my time in Kelsey Pharr, and not the teachers or new substitutes that are in the school today because I have never met them. What I am trying to get across to you parents is to carefully survey all teachers and staff for any unacceptable behaviors. Oh and one more thing, If you happened to see a teacher/substite in the school( I doubt she’s still there) named Mrs. Scratches, RUN.
