There wasn’t an option to give anything less than one star but our interaction calls for less than one. We’re exploring childcare for our children and expressed interest in visiting this location to see which we think might be most suitable for our family. We contacted this particular location to schedule a tour and inquire about any openings. Although they expressed no availability and the possibility of being placed on the waiting list, we were still interested in a tour but were twice denied due to us not being registered. A supervisor called us back and explained the reasoning for not allowing tours was because they’re a private company and unable to conduct tours until we are registered parents. I expressed that we’ve toured two other “Kids ‘R’ Kids” locations who also had a waiting list but they welcomed us with open arms which is definitely appreciated. At no point should parents be turned away, makes it seem like there’s something to hide. I’d prefer to do my research and familiarize myself with where my children will be prior to enrolling, not after being called from a waiting list. If it weren’t for the positive experiences at the other locations, we wouldn’t still consider this company for our children.
My child has attended this facility since he was two years old and our experience has been nothing but exceptional. I had the privilege of working at this facility years ago and I automatically knew from my work experience that this was the only daycare my child would go to. The front office staff especially Ms. Rudy and Ms. Tesha are the best. I never had an issue with information and we were always informed about what was going on with our children. The teachers have all been exceptional as well. Ms. Gladys was his first teacher and she was AMAZING. We also loved all of his other teachers and his Pre-K teachers Ms. Denise and Ms. Kaija were awesome as well. I’m saddened that my child’s time here is coming to a close but they also have summer camp and that experience was great as well, so as long as our kids are school aged we will entrust this facility with our kids’ care. My son also loved the food here. He came home every day excited about what he ate at lunch. This was a five-star experience. Do not hesitate to send your child here.
