After reading the last post I wonder if that parent was messaged about slander and threaten to be taken to court as well then blocked. My son had a horrible experience at this school. Almost ruined his whole future going to school. Not only did this school lie to me about how they would take care of my son they were completely disrespectful towards me. Talk down to me as if I was child and use threats because I shared my experience. Before I enrolled my son I let the school know he does not nap they said no problem they have another area for him to go to while the other kids slept. The other area was sit in a chair for 2 to 2 half hours while other toddlers slept. What 2 year would do that. If my son didnt listen he would get bear hugged and used forced on my at the time 2 year old. From what my witness said they have saw when walking into the classroom he was in. When I took my son out of this daycare i went back to get his things and they gave them away without my consent. They said they have it documented how I acted which was more then respectful to anyone I spoke and all I recieved back was threats. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. After enrolling my son in another school which he is thriving in I spoke to the school about how he was treated and they were in shock and also said they heard it was a horrible place. After the comments I saw above I’m not the only one who feels this way.
My son has been attending Kidtastic Kids since he was 15 months old. He was severely attached to me as I was to him. He would cry for hours at drop off. It was a slow and progressive transition for him, but they never were frustrated or annoyed with him. Their open door policy allowed me to pop in at any time and check on him. He is in Pre-K now and his social skills are outstanding. Because of this school I am able to take him to a party with children he does not know and see him flourish socially. He was highly socially shy his first year in their programs. He knows his letters, numbers, shapes, sight words and sings all different songs around my house all night long! he has a speech delay due to chronic ear infections. The directors walked me through the process in getting him the help he needed and he receives speech there as well now. I know there is also a Behavior specialist on staff there. I myself have witnessed children with behaviors being helped and guided rather than shamed and punished. Any time I drop off there is always someone in the office to answer a question and you have contact with the teachers continually on an app if you need them on a weekend or after hours. I have reached out to his teacher even on a Sunday and she always answers me. I highly recommend this school; not only for the academics but for the social skills my son has acquired.
Contacted Kidtastic and spoke with the “Office Manager” Alexis. In our very first interaction she already messed up by sending us incorrect pricing. Then she schedules a tour with our family for a weekend day at 10AM. We show up early, as one should, and there was no one there. We rang their “Ring” doorbell which we all know someone has a phone linked and can see us there, we called the number, we E-Mailed Alexis that we were waiting for her. Nothing, no response, no show. How is anyone supposed to trust a place to be responsible enough to take care of children, when your staff is so irresponsible to not even keep an appointment. Do you think in today’s age anyone appreciates having to make an early appointment on a weekend, and waste 40 minutes driving with current gas prices to boot? Completely irresponsible … you most definitely lost a customer. Anyone reading this, beware … completely unorganized staff that apparently do not care about anyone but themselves.
