KindyTown Narre Warren, If you are looking for a child care centre for your child look no further. Great, friendly, welcoming, caring staff. They are not only there for the child but the whole family. . Do yourself a favour and check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

When my Son started G1 ( under previous ownership ) he was constantly stressed out and struggled a lot to fit in to that environment. We always felt uncomfortable dropping him off as he was really unhappy to stay with the staff as they never paid attention or cared. And I always felt from the team members that we were not welcome.

But with the change of ownership since December 2023, we see a huge improvement with our son. He has formed close bonds with his Amazing educators who look after him as like their own.Watching our son flourish over under the care of his Great educators has been such a delight.

A massive thank you to Sue and the team. We’d be lost without you all!

Reposting my review here from the G1 Google page which has since been closed:

When my son started at G1 mid last year, I was overjoyed by the high level of care he received by the beautiful educators there. He formed such close bonds with them and they loved him like he was their own. They would consistently go above and beyond for him and put so much effort into getting to know our family. I always felt so comfortable dropping him off knowing he was safe and supported by these amazing women. If there were ever any issues or concerns, they were quickly tended to and I was always kept in the loop.

Unfortunately, ever since the change of ownership in December, I noticed a gradual change in the educators. They often looked stressed and uncomfortable. And then suddenly, all of the familiar faces my son knew and loved had left within a week. For staff to leave so abruptly and all at once, it is concerning to think about how they must have been treated. There was also zero communication about these major staffing changes with parents.

The look on my son’s face when I dropped him off for the last time was heartbreaking. Several of his peers and all of the original educators were gone. I could tell he was confused and consequently very upset. We did not feel comfortable leaving him there going forward.

It isn’t hard to find another childcare centre in the area that not only values their staff, but the importance of maintaining consistency and a sense of belonging that children require in order to flourish when in early education and care.

I do not recommend sending your children to this centre.
When I first enrolled my son, the centre had different owners and was called G1. It was phenomenal, until the new management came in, bullied all the current staff into leaving. This left my son and many other kids being cared for by staff who had only JUST met our kids and some hadn’t even met our kids and given the old staff were told not to work out their notice period, no handover was done.

The best decision I made was to pull my son out of the centre.

Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to Kindy town Narrewarren. The management is committed to provide a safe , fun and lovely environment to children. Sue Costa is a loving and caring person there and all other teachers are also awesome. So I’m grateful for the service provided by the staff and highly recommend sending your children to this place.
I can not stress enough how amazing everyone is at kindytown narre warren. The staff here have guided me through a difficult time with such professionalism, care and friendship I’m not sure what I would have done without their knowledge and support. My son knows the educators and looks forward to coming each day, where he is treated as one of their own. My son has been supported through meeting his milestones such as continuing his toilet training with help from the lovely staff. Thank you again.
Would highly recommend kindytown!!!
