I was an English student from January 2020 beginning of the pandemic until October 2020 and what can I say… Fist of all, the classes are good, you learn English, but nothing you can’t have in another school. And that’s all. The place isn’t in central London, the borough where it is located is extremely boring, also it’s far so you’ll have to take a train that costs around PS8 the round trip. The whole experience is designed for teenagers so if you are older than 23-24 (I was) it’s gonna be boring and even uncomfortable! It’s gonna be difficult for you to do things with someone, so you’ll have to do your plans alone. For economic reasons I took the host family option (as the school charges you more than the usual prices in London for a room or a flat … imagine that!!! ) the were extremely rude, made jokes about my nationality and when the pandemic started they kicked me out of the house immediately !!! So I found a new place by myself and the school didn’t want to give the money I had paid for that month back, at the end they accept to give a couple of weeks of classes more.
Best experience of My life back in the 2014 summer. I made some good Friends there like one crazy lovely guy from Kasajastan and one from turkey. Sadly I don’t have any photo with them 🙁
very far from the center, nothing around. very boring place to go for student. This is where I fell into depression for the first time in my life. Then I went to California SD for language school. Thanks god!
I was a language student at Kings London in 2013 (at that time it was called Kings College London). It was a great experience. The staff is so welcoming and so are the other students. I have really good memories there and I can say that my English has improved after a few weeks there.
I have transferred colleges twice, this is the third college I have studied in and I’m happy with this place.

On my first week I was quickly welcomed by students and staff, I have never made so many friends so fast in one week. At first I was quite shocked by how small it was and doubted that this was the place for me. However, I soon discovered that it being small was a good thing as the teachers can focus on individual students and give useful feedback. I’m in the foundation course and every week I do UCAS counselling to help me put together my application. On my first day I was given a large pack of all the necessary supplies so I can confidently say I’m paying my money’s worth for this.

I’ve only been here for one term so far and I have a feeling this is going to be a great year. In conclusion, Kings makes me feel like part of a big family (lol).

The area where the college is in is great. There’s a park and cinema nearby and many affordable cafes/restaurants. The most popular place visited by students is The Golden Koi, a Chinese restaurant with cheap and tasty food (way better than overpriced China town).

One important thing to mention is that this college has very passionate and ambitious students. The teachers give a lot of work and expect the best. This college isn’t for people who want to “take it easy”.

(When I finish my course I’ll update my review because maybe my opinion will change. This is it for now.)
