A little deception about my experience at the school!
First time of my daughter at day care and they was not prepared to receive her! She spent more then 3 months at the school and every day she was desperately crying until vomiting whenever she notice that she was going to school! At the beginning I never saw any cuttle or kindness! I had to contact the school and ask them to give some attention to her bc all what I was watching on cameras was she lost by herself!
After that message they get better, on spring break they had a lot of nice activities, but just last 1 week, after that she return to get lost by herself most of time! the activity time is short compared about the time that she spent in there!
I watched her a lot of time just sit on the carpet or table without any toy or activity for about 1h! Just waiting something happen! I definitely dont put the teachers on guilty about any of those situation! On her room was about 30kids to 2 teachers, but sometimes they was left with just one teacher and I know that Is totally impossible to 1 teacher watch and give any kind of attention to 30 3yo kid, she can do her best but is impossible!
They sent me some notes about the activities and updates about the day, a lot of time I was receiving notes saying that she ate all of her food or snack even if she was eating yet! Or started to sleep and she was awake if they have that system (what is amazing) they should use properly!
A lot of time when I was watching the camera I saw one kid hitting other, pushing, throwing stuffs, and no one even saw it! I was just grateful that my daughter is really quiet and peaceful that she never even got close to them, bc she knew it that she will be the next! Is like if She was scared to interact with other kids!
They have a really good staff and teachers! But we see that the management is not prepared and they are really short staffed! Even the security to pick up my daughter, my father first time when he went to pick up her nobody even ask him who he was!He just took her and left! At the pick up time sometimes we dont see anybody in front! Bc the manager who be in the front left around 3pm!
Im grateful of the teachers specially Mrs Dani, bc I know they try their best! We see that they love what they do! But in a situation like that is just impossible!

As a person that ALWAYS had issues with daycares in the past, I FINALLY found one that is top tier on all levels. From the staff right down to the food they provide my children. They keep me in the loop on all information, keep my kids active, happy and learning. They treat me and my family like family! I feel confident with leaving mg kids here. Great rates and hours. Im very grateful to have found this place. My kids have been coming here for 4 years. This place definitely has my heart and I will recommend to any and all parents who are looking for a safe, clean and fun environment.
I just have to share how grateful I am for finding this school! The staff here is amazing, really dedicated to the kids. The teachers, especially Ms. Veronica and Ms. Marleny, are just awesome. They’re so passionate and caring, always making sure the kids feel respected and loved. As a parent, it’s such a relief to know my child is in good hands while I’m at work. And I love how they don’t just leave the kids crying, but actually offer emotional support and get them involved in activities. This place isn’t perfect, but it’s pretty close with such great people running it.
