Update: We talked it over with director and We where just frustrated as parents with our younger children not being able to handle a together Environment and the transition being a bit much for them. I apologized for my frustration but is still no excuse to handle things the way I did. She understood my frustration. I had no intention of making it seem like they where trying to kick my children out and that wasnt the case at all I just took them out because I didnt foresee my youngest ones getting any better and safety but I do feel like Child care workers in Virginia should still be taught how to teach and care for children with special needs and or behavioral issues. Its not a requirement but I feel it should be.
