We were on a 12 month waitlist but they are worth the wait.

During the tour, all of the staff were so kind and friendly. When asked questions, they answered them honestly and throughly. Many of their teachers have been there for a long time so you can tell everyone felt nice and comfortable. The staff also knew kids across different classrooms – it was nice to know they have people overseeing the children from different perspectives.

After the tour, Justine, the director, provided us with all the information needed to get on the waitlist. Throughout the waiting period, I sent many questions, all of which, Justine answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. Even though I knew I was asking a lot of questions, Justine never made me feel like I was an annoyance, and even said she understood I was being an advocate for my baby. ISN’T THAT AMAZING?!

During the first few weeks in the infant room, I was blown away with how much attention to detail the infant teachers had in learning my baby’s schedule, ensuring we were up to date with all of her meals, diaper changes and naps, and letting us know any extra updates that were specific to us. After getting to know my baby, they were also proactive in some suggestions to her care (with our approval), helping us get her ready when we had doctor appointments, and managing her care when things don’t always go according to plan (she doesn’t take her naps, we need to pick her up sooner/later, she had a bad night, etc). We absolutely love Kate, Sue, Samia, Ya ping, Lydia, Jessika and many others, I’m sure, who make La Petite a wonderful place.

Horrible service from Jessika Wallin – associate director. I had a confirmed reservation through Bright Horizons (back-up childcare) at this center. When I arrived, I was told that it was mistakenly approved and they didn’t have space. Frustrating, but I get that mistakes happen. I honestly wouldn’t have left a review and just moved along, however Jessika Wallin, at the desk was incredibly rude and entirely unapologetic throughout the whole process. I imagine the mistake was not her fault, but wow, the attitude was really unnecessary. Certainly would never seek again from La Petite again after my interaction with her.
Edit: Apparently Jessika is the Associate Director. Wow.

I’ve had my children at this La Petite since 2019, and it is truly wonderful! I have had experience with infant room all the way through pre-k. The development of the curriculum, from the earliest ages to pre-k made my early kindergarten entrant (September birthday) seamless, he was well prepared!

The leadership at this La petite is wonderful and amazing! The leadership, not just the room teacher knows my child and their development. The teachers have been so great, warm and caring! I don’t have any concerns about leaving my child there, if anything I recommend La petite to everyone who asks me about child care!
