Absolutely thrilled with this daycare, the new director, and assistant director. Maureen and Carey are a breath of fresh air and what this daycare needed. My children started at this center in July of 2021, when they were 4 & 8 weeks old. I’ve seen the center go through a lot..closures, the plumbing issues, the lack of staff. A-LOT The newer staff is caring and attentive. Miss Anna, Gwen, Destiny and Linda are amazing. The environment is vibrant and nurturing, packed with engaging activities that promote learning and creativity. They prioritize safety and cleanliness, which is super reassuring. Plus, the communication with parents is top-notch – they keep us in the loop with regular updates. I enjoy walking in and being greeted by either Maureen or Carey. They are always willing to listen to what parents have to say. They are always smiling, and happy to help. Both of their personalities are very welcoming, which is a blessing. In 2020 when I was pregnant with my son, it was this type of vibe that I felt comfortable enough to put him on the waitlist. It’s a place where I feel confident my child is happy, growing, and in good hands.

As a busy member of the military I thought I had finally found a decent daycare for my infant that wasn’t too far from home or too expensive, but was also secure and in a good area- which is hard enough in this area. But after not even a whole week, they wasted dozens of ounces of breast milk and had even went over 6 hours without feeding my daughter on more than one occasion. The neglect and abuse was appalling and the relatively high rating this establishment has achieved is insane- I just hope such awful supervision and care isn’t going unnoticed by other parents.
Not to mention they continued to deduct money from my wife’s bank account after our daughter was taken out until they fully drained her account. Now they’re telling us it’s our fault and to “dispute it” with our bank. Absolutely criminal!

Maureen, an experienced and knowledgeable administrator, has made her programs highly sought-after under her leadership. She consistently exceeded expectations for her students, families, and staff. Her dedication and commitment were evident in establishing a secure and educational environment for her students, providing families with peace of mind while they worked. Maureen regularly visited classrooms, engaged with the children, supported the teachers, and followed up with families. La Petite Academy is incredibly fortunate to have her on board.
