My son’ experience at L’academy immersive preschool has truly been transformative. It marked his introduction to formal education. Although we maintained our Mandarin conversations at home, the nurturing environment of L’academy makes the transition smooth and his linguistic acumen grew exponentially. What genuinely set L’academy apart was the commitment and dedication of its educators. Beyond the engaging group activities and story circle sessions that alternated between English, Mandarin, Spanish, and Portuguese, the faculty went the extra mile. They meticulously tailored their teaching methods to cater to the unique learning needs of each child, ensuring personalized attention. The diverse extracurricular offerings, ranging from music lessons to Kung fu PE classes and hands-on projects and crafts, enriched the daily learning experience.
The distinctive ambiance of the mixed-age 3-6 pre-k classrooms further elevated the learning experience. Starting his journey at 3, my son was surrounded by and drew inspiration from exceptional peers. Witnessing his blossoming friendships and escalating proficiency in language and social-emotional skill made us feel proud. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to L’academy and its dedicated team for providing such a balanced, nurturing, and comprehensive educational experience for our son!

On her first day at L’Academy, our daughter excitedly ran toward Ms. Sara and Ms. Sierra and did not look back when her parents left. Her excitement has not waned. She wakes up every morning excited to see her friends and teachers at L’Academy. In just over 3 months at L’Academy, she has deepened her knowledge of many things, from calendar and math basics, to cultural events and science. Sometimes we hear her singing about the days of the week to help her figure out what day it is. Tuesdays are one of her favorites for the weekly martial arts lessons. She absolutely loves books and we have been impressed with her rapid development in reading. She is now trying to sound out the letters versus using her memory to read. She comes home sharing her new words in Spanish or Mandarin and her pronunciation is pretty spot on. We were very fortunate to find L’Academy, where we feel she gets exposed to a wonderful variety of material, where they foster her interests, support her confidence, and continually challenge her to grow.
