Where to begin…..this place is a joke.
I pulled my 2 year old after 2 days
I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS daycare because it is far from an academy.
I bring my child here as a first timer from home. He cried a lot as any normal child would but that was not my issue. I observed from home through their camera system and my heart crumbled and It was so bad I picked him up early the first day and EARLIER THE SECOND Day.
The teachers lack compassion, the assistant directors do not care about your children.
My concern was over the fact that workers were rough with children (never addressed)
The workers literally dropped food on the floor and a child picked it up and ate it WHICH the worker saw and it was on camera (never addressed)
My child was given food and which he sat and cried (he is in a new environment) the workers stood and watched while drinking water and talking. No one encouraged him or tried to offer him something else perhaps a snack instead, also on camera (never addressed) I could go on….
This daycare needs new staff and a closer EYE.
0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My son has been going to Ladybird Academy for a few months and it has made a huge difference in his vocabulary, social skills, and overall learning. He has 4 wonderful teachers that help foster imagination, play, creativity, and learning. Miss Isabel is so friendly, kind, and attentive to each kids unique personality. Miss Patty helps the kids create daily works of art that are colorful, creative, and fun. Miss Kayla is always smiling, friendly, and interactive. His newest teacher is Miss Rachel and she has great communication, is kind, and caring. Miss Terri at the front desk is friendly, has all the answers to your questions, and is obviously very dedicated to the academy and its students. We are glad that we made the decision to enroll our son here so he gets a head start on learning, socialization, and many other useful skills. They have fun activities monthly such as crazy sock day, hat day, pajama day, etc. Even the staff dress up for these days! There seems to be a great sense of employee engagement, which definitely makes my son’s experience better.
