My experience with Laguna Technical College was horrible, the woman on the phone was extremely rude! I was told that the class had to much work to be done and I would need more time, which is fine by me that is helpful information, if it hand’t been for the way she said it. I had to talk to her three times just to get that and instead of giving me a later date or helping me in anyway she said “well Bye” before I could even respond. When I called back to talk to her superior she said she is the superior, wow way to run a business. Its unfortunate because the teachers are wonderful, if only there was an owner that wasn’t intolerable and insolent.
One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to complete my core classes in Child Development at Laguna Technical College. Mrs. Cynthia Brown, the Director of the program, is a wonderful and caring person who wants to help you get out there helping children and earning your living as soon as possible. The teachers are all excellent — they all want you to succeed. You can do this… get started on your way to a rewarding career!
