Do not trust this school. Language On Miami School has incredibly incompetent operations! I signed up my girlfriend and the first day we were told to attend the school, no one was there due to Spring Break. We were told by the person on the school’s phone number to come back next week. Also, on a side note, there were three other people there that day thinking it was their first day of class too! They left in disgust when they realized the school was closed. When we returned next week there was no teacher and no one knew who we were! They took our money, we signed their contract, we were in touch with them across WhatApps for two months prior, and when it came time for the classes to start, it was a complete operational failure!! This is the worst run business I’ve ever experienced in my life. When we were at the school trying to figure out what was going on, only two teachers were there. A teacher called the School Director, “Francisca Ferreras”, who had no clue who we were and could care less, and refused to speak with me. She hung up on the teacher, did not answer any follow up calls by the teacher that day, nor did she EVER call me back. I asked for a refund, and was told it would come the next day. To date, I have no refund! The school is an actual train wreck, a total dumpster fire! IMO, their reviews are completely fake, this is how the school is actually run. DO NOT GO THERE! They do not care!!

I am learning a lot at ONLanguages ??in Brickell (Miami) i have already changed to a higher level in the last 3 months, and I hope to do it to an even higher level in the next exam. In addition, the teachers are incredibly kind and patient, as is the treatment received by the director Fatima even before traveling from my country to here, she helped me with all my questions and made the whole process super easy.
I recommend this school for anyone who is located in the Brickell area or near.

I recommend you to study at this school, where I found high quality, polite and always helpful professionals. The educational material used is easy to understand and interactive.
Even in this difficult period of pandemic (Corona Virus), the school followed all safety protocols.
I believe that I must look for this school again to improve myself in the near future.
