I am newly in the market for childcare for my toddler after being accepted to nursing school. I live less than a mile from LeafSpring Hanover, and am familiar with the center from when it was Rainbow Station, so it seemed like the obvious choice. Over the past two weeks, I have filled out the online interest form, left two voicemails, and left a message with the front desk associate who said the director was out at the moment, and still have not heard back from anyone. I also got a voicemail when attempting to contact the corporate office. We have now decided to pursue other options considering the complete lack of communication and professionalism. How am I to trust you with caring for my child, when I cannot trust you to return a phone call in the span of 2 weeks?

EDITED TO ADD: The link on your website to email the corporate office returns mail as undeliverable. I received the following message: “Failed to deliver to ‘[email protected]’

I am assuming this is because your email is [email protected] as opposed to [email protected] as the link states. Seems as though this would be an extremely important detail to confirm in web design.

We sent our daughter to Leafspring Hanover when she was 6 months old. All three of us loved every staff member that we met during the year and a half she was there. She loved going every day and we loved knowing she was in good hands in every classroom she was in. They updated us multiple times a day with pictures, comments, and even all the other minuscule stuff you want to know as a first time parent leaving their kid at daycare! Would highly, highly recommend!
