Enrolled our daughter. It was suppose to be a one month course. Paid in full upfront. Price was reasonable. Daughter attended all the classes and clinicals. Told her during the course that a final mandatory class day was in the process but no date yet. Two weeks after course wnded, we get a call on the Thursday afternoon that the mandatory class would be the next day. We had reservations to go out of town but had to cancel one day of our trip. Due to not being a full 24 hours we lost $120.00. During this time we were waiting for her to take a state test. Inquired about it and was told that they did not know a date due to changes the institute was going through. We expressed concern because our daughter was starting college and was concerned that it would conflict. Assured me that testing could be done in the evenings. Well, that didn’t happen. Her test date is Sept 7th at 8:30. A full month after she had finished the work and if she attended would miss 3 college classes. Sorry, nothing we can do. I was informed that I could call the testing company and see if an alternative date could be schedule. Prometric was so professional. Got the testing rescheduled for a Saturday but it cost us extra money. However, I feel The Learning Bridge should have initiated this effort. And lastly. Yes, our daughter is 18, and an adult by law. However, one of the instructors gave an unwanted puppy as a prize to our daughter. Our daughter came home with it. Her reason for accepting the puppy was she was afraid the teacher would be mad at her. A prize???
This is an educational institute!
Thankfully, my daughter was not needing a job immediately because it will be a full 2 months before she will become certified as a CNA since completing the course work.

Enrolling into this college was the best decision I made. I’m truly prepared for a future in the medical field and they have been so helpful and supportive during the Covid-19.
