The only reason I’m giving two stars is because my kid did have good experiences here and made friends and he learned things. He has went for almost a year now.
But I have seen way too much inappropriate behavior and the turnover rate is ridiculously high, even for a military town. One lady used to scream at the kids. She left, but I saw it multiple times. Figured they would see it on camera but apparently they don’t care. I had too much faith since everyone seemed so nice.
Don’t complain about any of the workers, though. They’ll insist you aren’t being truthful. Call you a liar. Watched a teacher there insult a 4 yr old girl, calling her “super autistic, the worst she’s ever seen” and other things… when other kids were around. Wholly inappropriate. So I report it.
The director used my child’s behavior against me (he’s likely on the spectrum so if your kid is autistic, definitely reconsider), she used the fact that I spoke to the parent before her against me, she told my husband that he wasn’t there so he didn’t know (except he was right there). So they keep the lady working w the kids! No reprimanding, nothing! She insulted a child openly in front of the child and other kids. And it was no big deal?!
Not to mention we had to pay twice one week since no one noted that we paid. And the fact that they lied to us about when to pay- they said Wednesday, but the owner said it was untrue and we would have late fees if we didn’t pay on Monday every week. We paid between Monday and Wednesdays every week. Wednesday as the final day to pay is written right when you walk in! So we were singled out for God knows why.
You’re fine as long as you don’t question anyone. You’re fine as long as you stay silent about issues you see. So if you want peace of mind that your kid is getting proper care, here is definitely not the place. Sadly, it took us far too long to realise that.

So I would in no way recommend this place. Hands down. ESPECIALLY if you have a child on the spectrum or a very hyperactive child. They are not equipped to handle those needs. So we withdrew my child. So yeah. Think long and hard before putting your kid in this daycare. The price is nice but you get what you pay for. It seems good til you start digging.

I’ve always noticed my baby starts crying as soon as she sees the infant teacher, AJ. Never understood why, until I saw her grab a baby by her hand and proceed to lift her up while she was dangling by her arm. I then grabbed my baby again and asked how long does she sit here and cry and I was told she lets her cry all day because she’s, and I quote, “not about to hold a spoiled baby”. In addition, when I brought the incident up to Eric (assistant director), the other workers proceeded to shout over me and say I was lying. I asked him to pull up the cameras and he did not. That is shady in itself. They were so unprofessional with the yelling etc we were actually about to have a physical altercation because of what they were saying to me and of course I was extremely upset with how they were treating the infants right in front of me!! If you’ll do and say that in front of me what are you doing to the infants behind their parents back?? And hopefully they did the right thing and informed the parents of the incident I reported. Needless to say they should probably be reported to Department of Family Services.
