I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to recognize the two women I encountered late Friday! I’m a travel dental hygienist who is going on a travel assignment in Colorado. I went to Opelika Health Department in search of my vaccination record. However, I did receive a portion of my vaccination record and I was told to come to the Lee County Board of Education for the other portion of my vaccination record. Once I entered the Lee County Board of Education Building, the smell in the atmosphere gave me a sense of peace. I have the opportunity of meeting two women who would come to my rescue to help me with vaccination record, Monica and Anquanete revealed that I had everything that I was in search for. They reviewed the vaccination form that was given to me and explained to me that there were multiple medications include in a shot that were given so there wasn’t anything else that I needed. Their customer service skills were exceptional!!
Went to get my grandsons registered into the same district they were in last year just a different address and Ms. Foster wouldn’t even try to come to a solution and had us in the lobby in front of everyone then just walked away and wouldn’t even talk with us. I think that is very unprofessional of her!
