I have just not had a good experience with this studio. Their communication is poor. They cancel classes without notice. They charged me for classes we didn’t attend. They offered me a refund and 3 months later, I am still messaging them daily or weekly because I haven’t received it. They offered us a quarter of free classes to make up for my frustration, which we have now declined because I still have not received the refund, amongst other issues.
It is more than just a dance school, they cultivate a passion for dance that transcends all aspects of life. Our daughter has learned discipline, control, and an ethic of striving to achieve a goal. She had been extremely shy and cautious her entire life and dance has brought out a confidence we haven’t seen before. The staff truly care about each and every dancer. Highly recommend and open to answering any questions you may have!
