I was a student at LCS 10 years ago, there is pros and cons, the pro is your kid will almost 100 percent for sure be able to make good grades there and also if they are involved in any sports they will be VERY active and fit, however, I found the school lacks in developing social skills for real world experiences, they are very closed minded, for example, my spanish teacher would tell us all the time about how she was terrified that Obama would be president, (I attended school there right before Obama got elected) because she truly believed he was the anti-christ. Insane right? Also they do not teach unconditional love and kindness. A lot of the school was very judgey and the students are definitely in different cliques, the richer kids are more popular. I was expelled from this school and publicly shamed at a church service at COTM for something my parent did. It was not directly at me because they did not say my name, but Willie George told my exact story (that he had heard) at church the very next Sunday after I had been expelled and was talking about how “one of the students at LCS” disappointed him so much. That is not very Christian in my opinion. Would not recommend because grades are not as important as your development of your character.
Lincoln Christian creates an atmosphere where students can know Jesus and find their place. My sons graduated from Lincoln, and the school partnered with us to foster a love for Christ.
I currently go to this amazing school! There is not one day I go home and say I hate my teachers or I hate this school! Thank the Lord I get to go here.
