Great place to get a good haircut for cheap. I go there often. The new receptionist was doing personal business on her cellphone, on speaker phone, while sitting at the front desk and customers were trying to pay for their service. Although, I can be understanding of people having personal business to deal with, being polite and asking another worker to fill in while she steps away to take the call, would have been more appropriate. However, I will continue to go there because over all it’s a good place with friendly young folks learning a skill.
I had my hair done yesterday by Caitlyn, she did an amazing job with both and asked for help if she needed it. She absolutely has potential and she was so, so sweet – the best stylist I’ve been to. I felt like a new person after lol. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure I liked the cut and was comfortable, as well as giving me advice on styling/color preserving. Friendly instructors and students, as well as fair prices. I highly recommend coming here for whatever you need done and tipping the students also.
The front desk lady was so rude very unprofessional. Do not recommend got charged for extra color n cannot even see any highlights in my daughter’s hair was there over 5 hours. They need better staff n the girls where also doing more chit chat than learning. Will not be back so angry. I was super excited for my daughter’s first highlight and now I feel like she ruined her Virgin hair. To not even be able to see the color in her hair. N the lady at the front was by far the rudest unprofessional women I had experienced.
