This school started off great 2 years ago. They have went through several directors and the good leadership they had left in January to be with her babies. After her departure, several great teachers have resigned- which was a red flag for me. But. I decided to keep my child there and hang in there. The daycare has been on on a downward spiral since then . Daily connect app is not accurate or up to date. You get pictures late or even the next day of what your child was doing that day. The new director and others in Admin, sit at the front desk all day and are so disconnected from the classroom settings they have no idea whats going on. My childs class has 2 teachers and 20 toddlers, they arent able to help potty train or even focus on teaching let alone focus on the kids. My main reason for pulling my child out is because my child was pushed into the window seal by another student which resulted in a deep forehead gash and required stitches. I have filed a complaint with the state. Like I said, this school wasnt always careless and negligent until recently, it has went downhill fast!
Easily the best decision I have made for my kids! This is the second daycare we have ever attended. This is the first daycare where my kids don’t go in crying, I haven’t received phone calls and literally everyone is always happy to see you. You can’t put a price on your kids asking to see their teacher when they are at home. The staff is more stable and mature and, therefore I feel, more patient, understanding and well rounded/versed in taking care of children. Their summer camp was a success and took the children to places that were more engaging and academic than our previous school. Additionally, they are starting to have extracurricular activities your child can participate in during the day if you choose. Currently, I have 2 kids in the after school program and one in preschool. I do have one difficult child and they have been more than willing to work with us and we have seen a positive change in his behavior since starting. They truly care about the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
