My son did one week at this center and i immediately removed him I regret wasting my time sending my 3 month old her the whole experience from day one was horrible my first drop off was cold and stand-offish you are not allowed inside to pick up or drop off your child so I had to stand out in the cold and drop off/ pick up my son off like a door dash delivery but yet random transportation workers are allowed inside to watch your child there were several people working with my child who I was never introduced to and are not licensed for child care. Workers came late to work and caused me to be late for work I expressed my concerns with the owner in hopes things would change she made excuses and was rude. Dont walk run away from this building dont send children u care about here .. good luck with finding a safe center elsewhere!
My children have been here since they were 6 weeks old. I was nervous during COVID but my fears faded. They make sure toys and areas are sanitized and deep cleaned regularly. I wasn’t able to go in as much after COVID but the reduced traffic helps limit germs. They managed to get my kids to eat vegetables, it’s a struggle for me. I’ve joined in on field trip outings and had a great time. It’s across from the police station and down the street from a fire house. We use the van shuttle for after school currently. Ms Jeri also offers the space for birthday parties and party favors/treats for the kids to celebrate during day. I’ve referred friends, and they were happy with the care their kids received. If you want staff that know and care about your children, LBLC is a great option.
