Used to be great. But was bought by private equity last year and all the staff left. Full of agency staff, bad food, limited trips to park and massive turnover of staff. And they cranked up the pricing by 35%, which is fine if service levels had maintained. Sadly the opposite happened. Sad to see. Remember the first 1000 days are the most important, we couldn’t gamble with our sons care leaving him there.
This place has gone from bad to worse.. so many manager changes and they are not competent just standing in. It’s appalling how this company moves around staff so they can get through an inspection. no thought of the children with all of the changes. Looks like they are using this inexperienced manager from another nursery because they cannot find anyone to run it.
Over the years I’ve sent all 7 of my children here and they all enjoyed it thoroughly. In 2 years time we will say goodbye to little house forever and me and my partner will be downright upset. I highly recommend this fine establishment 10 stars out of ten.
One of the best places I had a chance to work! Great and cheerful team, everyone is very friendly, welcoming and hard-working! And our kids and parents are just amazing :)))
