As new parents, choosing someone to care for our son upon mom’s return to work was one of the toughest and most important decisions we’ve had to make thus far. We prayed, researched and visited various daycares throughout the city, but Little Valley Academy (LVA) was always recommended by those we spoke with. From our first visit, it was apparent that Mrs. Simon and Mrs. Baker had fostered a safe, loving and faith-based environment whose staff embodied these qualities as well. The Infant room felt warm and welcoming and was clean. Based on the reasons stated above, in addition to the location and reasonable tuition cost, we ultimately chose LVA.

On our son’s first day at 12 weeks old, we were an emotional mess. However, Mrs. Baker and the LVA staff were extremely understanding and beyond patient with us. By God’s grace, we could not have chosen a better daycare for our son. Based on our experience, the LVA staff is always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and/or simply let us know how our son is doing. Moreover, they provide a Daily Report at the end of each day, so you know exactly how your child’s day went. It is comforting to know that in our absence, our son is loved and cared for as if he was their very own.

Our son is now in the Waddler Class. Since enrolling at LVA, our son has flourished socially, independently, and in his cognitive development. He has made so many little friends; our son is anxious to get to school each morning. As working parents, this is most reassuring. At the onset of COVID-19, the LVA Administrative staff implemented changes to ensure that the kids and staff remained safe and healthy. At LVA, your child will receive the love and attention one would expect of a home daycare setting as well as the structure of a school/daycare center. Without hesitation, we highly recommend the LVA Infant Program.

Sincerely ~ The McCants

We switched to LVA when my daughter was struggling with biting, and the staff was so patient with her and did a great job working with her. She is now 3 years old and comes home talking about the Bible stories she learned that day, Bible verses she is memorizing, and singing Christian songs she learned at school. We are very grateful for all of the wonderful teachers and staff at LVA.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Little Valley. Our son has been in daycare there since he was a baby. They are so nurturing and caring with his needs. Mrs. Baker and the entire staff go above and beyond to make you feel like family.
