We are so happy that Los Gatos Preschool and Childcare has been a part of our daughters journey. PJ and Babu are exceptionally caring with all the kids under their care, and treat them as family. They provide a diverse preschool learning program that has inspired our daughter to learn, grow, and be very prepared for entering into Kindergarten in the fall. She has learned how to write her name, understand letter sounds, count to 20 and beyond, her shapes, and recognize what color combinations make other colors! She is already hitting kinder standards!
The facility is clean and well taken care of. There are plenty of toys for the kids to play with and new ones get rotated in frequently. There is great communication with PJ and staff. Parents get updates, photos and videos of what their child has been learning and doing.
They foster social growth, being honest and respectful, and caring. Our daughter has developed wonderful friendships while being there. She is excited to go every week. We will all miss this place when she goes into Kindergarten.
PJ, Babu and staff also provide other services to younger children such as assistance with potty training, managing separation anxiety, and more. Our daughter started consistently coming when she was 4, so didn’t have the advantage of the other services they provide.
I can’t say enough great things about them! I definitely and do recommend them for either/both preschool program and daycare.

We started sending our kids to Los Gatos preschool and childcare ever since we moved to Los Gatos mountain area in 2018 when our kids were 6 month old and 2 yr old. We were in doubt at first cuz our older one previously went to a bigger chain daycare and we weren’t sure if he would be able to continue to learn in a private preschool. But it turned out he learned even more in this preschool, PJ really emphasize on academic progress, so she makes sure those little sponges are learning as much as they can in school, and she even developed an advanced curriculum for pre-K which is more like kindergarten academic level. I observed when my older one is hanging out with kids at similar age who go to bigger preschools, he knows all the songs they know and his math is better than theirs, I am very impressed! And babu who Is the main caregiver in this school is wonderful to the kids too, we can tell she really loves and care s about the kids from the bottom of her heart, my kids always tell me they love babu too. Now we are about to move out of the area, so unfortunately we will need to pull the kids out, we will absolutely miss babu and PJ so much!

For folks who are moving into this area with small kids, definitely check out this daycare plus preschool, it absolutely has the best value, you will receive great care and education for your kids at a very fair price.

Having the privilege to be a part of the staff at Los Gatos Preschool and Childcare has taught me so much regarding the development of the blooming consciousness of a child and how to promote an environment where children are locating their inner gems and polishing them through their daily actions. The curriculum is stellar as from infancy children are learning in a lighthearted and fun environment, the arts, maths, sciences, putting virtues into practice, fine motor skills, noticing the intricacies of the world around them, fellowship with other children, healthy emotional regulation, and so much more!

As some of the students speak a variety of languages at home, an effort is made to teach fundemental concepts such as shapes and colours in those languages as well, in addition to the standard English, which has been a source of joy for not only the students but the parents as well!

The opportunity to witness the growth of many of the students over the years, has been an honour, and the time spent on the staff will always be one full of joy, excitement, laughter and friendship.
