Going into the family resource center is a stressful experience. The staff left me standing at the reception desk while they talked about their personal life for 10 minutes straight! That is no exaggeration!!! Once they did acknowledge that I was there they seemed bothered. They did get done what I needed done, but made me feel like they were doing me a hugh favor by doing their job. In the few times I have had to go in there was only one pleasant experience. To make it worse the woman in charge was present the entire time!!
The transportation department is very unprofessional you can’t go to them with complaint because they all know each other referring to pridestar and will dismiss you the clerk for the transportation is miserable old and worn out she has issues with self control and will yell at you and try to use intimidation tactics so you can’t be heard these people need to fired
Staff needs to retire. Freshman secretary is extremely rude to everyone. So is the counselor, ZERO help. They have one nurse fighting covid alone ! They rather let a kid fail than to find a solution. A kid who has good grades and is good! If they wont serve the community I think this school should shut down. Its pure garbage
