This isn’t the Lucile Cowle we used to know and love. It’s now owned by Daland – they just kept the name. Their cancellation/make up policy is so rigid. If you’re going to be traveling this summer and may need to reschedule lessons, save your money and look for a different school. You also can NEVER reach the Burbank location by phone and if you do need to speak to someone – the number goes to the Thousand Oaks location and they don’t know how to transfer you to Burbank.
