Very Well Maintained, Corporate Staff
I converted my Saudi license here very quickly (with 10 classes and 1 test).

Special and sincere thanks to Mr. Ali Tariq, my instructor, for his supportive and helpful comments. With his instruction, I got my license on my first attempt.

Wonderful service and wonderful staff. The system needs an update to avoid the waiting time to register a license from another country. I can’t thank the staff enough, both from the office to the driving instructors, for their kindness. They even looked after my two babies while I had to go for my road test, as I couldn’t bring my husband due to work. The area makes you comfortable driving, as it’s not crowded like big cities.
Customer service was very bad. Ahmed and the eye test technician were especially rude and unprofessional when attending to customers. When we asked for details about classes, Ahmed shouted at us and told us to ask the eye test technician from Al Jaber Optics. We were not provided with clear information during our visit to the Al Dhaid branch.
I registered my file on May 25, 2022, and passed the theory test. I submitted the fee for the classes, but I have not received a class schedule. It is taking longer than expected. Could you please provide me with an update about my classes?
