Very rude staff here. I took my boys to the playground in this school. A huge and fat lady said why are you here? You are not allowed to stay in this playground. I didn’t argue with her because my boys were there. So I will say here. MacGregor state school is a gov school. The facilities and your salary are made of the tax that we are paying to the gov. Of course our children can use those facilities.

My two children have been through
Macgregor SS. There are few schools who can offer the same breadth of learning, sports and arts offerings, like MacG SS do. It is a breath of fresh air to see academic excellence but also development of the whole student through well-being, arts and sports. I am so fortunate that my children were able to attend this school and have thrived in this environment, complemented by an amazing outside hours service. Supportive staff with high expectations and big hearts. Thank you MacGregor SS!

At first I feel anxious due to my children coming from overseas with English not being their first language. The school played a crucial role in easing their transition. They provided significant support, not only in language adjustment but also in adapting to the new environment. The school’s management has proven to be exceptionally supportive. The ongoing support provided by the school for my children goes beyond the academic realm, as they consistently extend their care and concern beyond school. I am beyond grateful that my children are studying in this school and without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend the school to anyone seeking to enroll their child. This school is alr r the uniform policy is a bit sucky like why we have to tuck in our shirts but other stuff was alrr like the musical and there is fun events some teachers are meanies and one thing people share are eneimies like Eric he is bad.

This school was very good but I fell like the uniform is way too much. Tucked in sport uniform, the hell. Who can play football or basket ball like that. I feel like the high five rule was just a way to get the students off their back about the constant bullying happening in the school. Mayfest was kinda cool. 🙂
