This is an amazing school where all teachers and students share a great learning community. The children are always happy and engage in positive behavior. Technology is well-integrated into the school, and there are many online platforms for learning.
The school has a great work-life balance. I feel like I can be productive at work and still have time for my personal life. I really appreciate the collaborative and supportive environment we have here. This makes coming to work enjoyable.
I attended Manthena American School and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The school is practically empty, with barely any students showing up. This gives it an eerie, deserted feeling rather than a vibrant learning environment.
The teachers are a major letdown. Instead of teaching, they are always on their phones, leaving us to fend for ourselves. They frequently give us “free time,” which is just an excuse to neglect their duties. Worse yet, they often leave us unsupervised, creating a chaotic atmosphere.
Fights break out daily, making it feel more like a battleground than a school. The administration does nothing to address this, showcasing its lack of professionalism.
To top it all off, this place isn’t even a genuine American school. The standards and practices here are far below what you would expect from an institution claiming to offer an American education.
Overall, I would not recommend Manthena American School to anyone looking for a serious, safe, and enriching educational experience.
I have personally experienced racism and hate from the following teachers: Atiqa, Sweta, Tyseer, Mona, and the new Arabic B teacher.
Impressed with the school’s advanced facilities, including the robotics lab and football field. The enrollment process, guided by Ms. Diala, was seamless. A warm welcome and a positive environment are evident throughout. Five stars well-deserved. I am confident my son will thrive in this nurturing educational setting.
Highly recommended!
