Sport at Marian was such a blast, Mrs Bennie was always running across to get to classrooms to inform us of sports notices always made my day better. In my first year at Marian, I played badminton for winter sports. I made best friends two years levels above and I’m still friends with them! 🙂 Then, I joined volleyball end of year nine of summer sports. It was my first time playing volleyball as a sport and enjoyed it! The next year I ended up doing Rock climbing instead of badminton and enjoyed it with my friends, though I quit later because I was getting tired haha .
The workload was moderate and at a level in which I could set some goals. Doing service for the school was nice, knowing I was helping someone. This school, although small, was a big family, learning from each other everyday. I would say so much more, but I’d probably be typing away here even after I graduate from high school.
Missing this school already. Good luck with 2024 Marian College!
(Also Seymour better win the house cup this year)
