I don’t have a good experience with this school at all,Because they have bad experience in the past with other students who they give credit and they don’t come back to pay,they treat everyone the same.I needed to renew my HHA CERTIFICATES And I’m no longer living in Broward county live almost in Orlando and I went to the school asking them if they can renew my certificates and I can send the money by Zelle when I start working because used to be like that before,They been treated me like krap!! I’ve been so disappointed and embarrassed the way they talked to me.They treat me like à stiller,,,,,And On October 6th 2023 I called to asked them one question about one certificate the 75hours completion (May)has been very disrespectful and unprofessional hang up the phone on my face twice,I have the right to call and get information since I’m not working in the school ,if your policy change ,,,I don’t know about it,This is very simple and easy to answer.I didn’t know if I have to pay separately for the 75hours Certificate She could just kindly explain me,I never been treated like that in my life,I will never go back to that school and never bee a reference for the anymore,I’m gonna stop sending friend over.They don’t have good reputation,they treat me like trash.
Thanks to Marlene’s Traning Centre, I pass my CNA.
I am grateful to be one of their student,after attending classes my knowledge has been fulfilled,by professional instructors, who are compassionate and dedicated.
All instructors always want to help student succeed in their choice.
I will always have great memories to hold on too for ever.
