After reading some reviews, some people have had negative experiences at marsh. But as a student here for the past three years; school is all what you make it. And frankly this school gives all you need in order to become successful and prepared for high school. The people who left negative reviews have not been at marsh long enough to see its true purpose and reflect clearly as of what this school has done for so many young learners, and they most likely have not made good decisions. Keep in mind marsh is not a school for everyone, it certainly challenges your academics and learning style but only for your benefit. Lets face it, most kids dont like teachers. And as a teenager I even have hated some teachers at marsh. But after reflecting on how they have benefitted me, I realize that everything a teacher has done for me in marsh has only been for my benefit and the benefit of others. Teachers look out for all students and are very open to hearing ideas and thoughts from everyone, especially in the classroom. I have had an amazing experience here at marsh because I made my experience how I wanted it, I took advantage of my education and I hope many people consider sending there children here because it is definitely worth a try!! Congrats class of 2019!!
At first I was very excited to go to this school, but when I started going here I was ashamed to think that this school would be good. Yes I made a lot of friends there and the habits of success are useful but they focus on it too heavily which means that they dont care about the education as much. Some teachers are nice and most are really mean. Some teachers will put others down because of their grades in front of the whole class just to prove a point. They could also do it to bring a student up. Crew can be fun unless you are doing a lesson in crew. However this school has SCLs and PT conference which is ridiculous because they either let us do it in our own or they do it.
MAELS is a very good Intermediate school. Small school, the principal Mrs.Cara De’ Angelo, assistant principal Miss Mara, both deans Mr. Boyen and Mr. Torres and staffs manage the school well and students do hands on learning. Ms.M.Scarmato and the parents coordinator often very helpful and personable! The educators/teachers are very good at what they do professionally and personally, my child love this school!! In every respect, understanding in educations of all forms starts at home, in turn allows the academic institutions and educators further make easy to apply school curriculums??????????????
