My child has spent eight years at MARY G PORTER. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I am a single mom and these past years have been quite a journey. Porter has been our village. When I was in the trenches they were the folks that stood by us. I have met a couple select patents that will always be in our circle. Every school has issues..this school takes action and strives to higher expectations to meet the students educational needs. Parents sometimes need to get their egos out of the way. I will always be an advocate for Mary G Porter and the entire staff.
i like the school but they need to change a lot like they need to change their lunches especially breakfast and they need to make locker rooms, and they need to let us wear whatever we want and if they’re not going to that then at least don’t let us tuck in. but overall i would the school is good for teaching and I’ll rate it 7/10 at best
