Wow! I was absolutely blown away by my experience at the Maryland Real Estate Academy! I walked in super nervous about pursuing a new career and walked out confident in my decision. The instructor, Joey, is incredible. There is so much you have to learn in such a short amount of time and she really made it as easy as anyone can! She is a great communicator and made sure that if we had problems understanding all of this new information that she went back over anything we needed until it sunk in. She made herself available above and beyond what she needed to, answering questions very quickly even outside of class time. Like others have said in previous reviews, they really do make you feel part of a family on day one! Joey always had real life examples of what we were covering to help us understand the content. Make sure you take the math option that they offer! Bobbie is a great instructor and resource, as well!
Overall, I cant recommend them more highly! I really got so much out of the course and Ive kept in contact with Joey a lot! Shes so supportive and is so kind. Very patient and professional, as well. Everyone at the office is amazing. Cant say enough good things about my experience there.
If you are beginners with dreams of learning, I do not recommend this school because the only thing you are going to lose is your time and money because they practically steal it from you. My daughter is happy for wanting to learn, she paid for the course, they only gave her 5 classes and took an exam. and she still paid $50 for the right to the exam and they called her not to show up because she hadn’t passed it she told her that she had paid for 10 classes but what they said was that’s the rules but they are thieves because when they sign up they don’t explain the rules that’s why that school is not for beginners because the only thing they do is steal the money and they told him that he could enroll again and start over it’s absurd if I pay 10 classes and only received 5 classes for me it’s a joke at least they should give them paid classes to get more knowledge they will do the exam at the end the rules say before paying explain be honest
I would highly Recommend the Maryland Real Estate Academy for all the amazing teaching and support needed to get through this program. The evening classes were convenient since I work full time. Bobbie Foster is an amazing teacher with great experience and great storytelling from her own personal experiences. Everyone was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you to Linda Hood for helping me get enrolled and started. I will be returning for all of my follow up classes needed after I pass my PSI exam. Thanks again to everyone for making this a great experience and looking forward to the next chapter in my life! Christine Nadolny
