The Massillon bus garage needs a new Director. Dan is very disrespectful. He does not know how to speak to people of color. This is my second altercation with him in four years. None of the women are disrespectful. Dan has a problem with speaking with women this needs to be addressed.
I called 13 times no answer I’m worried about my child no answer of course the app doesn’t work . It would of been great if someone answered the phone
They never answer the phone and the app sucks. It’s not very accurate and the busses are always late.
