Excellent school for grades PK3 through 8th (including full-day PK4 and Kindergarten). High academic standards with dedicated teachers and STEM fully integrated. Strong technology component (1:1 iPad program for 4th, 5th, 6th grades), Smart Boards, full-time Technology teacher and two Computer rooms. Two separate Resource Rooms for students needing special attention, one for 1-4 and one for 5-8, each with its own full-time dedicated resource teacher (one of the only such programs in Montgomery County Catholic schools). Music program with 3 bands, Choir program with 3 choirs and a chimes group. Art, Gym, Music, and Spanish all weekly courses for all grades. Add in a family atmosphere, high parental involvement in activities, and an incredible Principal whose leadership is unmatched. You can’t go wrong here.
Pre k program needs a lot of work. There is no communication between parents & teachers, no pics or updates. On beautiful 70 some degree days kids weren’t allowed to go outside, the small playground area is only used for kindergartners, and they have parents sit for 30 minutes in a endless carline to pickup your child at end of school day, for grades 1 thru 8 probably better, but nor prek years, find a better program! There are endless emails begging for money but good luck getting a response if you have a question or concern about your child.
