Highly unprofessional and unsystematic admissions team. They scream and shout at parents and children throughout the entire process. They do not know how to treat small children. Only two people handle the school’s entire admissions process. There is no proper feedback mechanism. The way they communicate results to parents is unacceptable. They do not deserve to be rated even a 1.
Security is handling admissions. Most of the parents were standing and waiting during the entire process as there were no chairs. There is no receptionist or coordination.
The admissions team should learn how to handle such small children and how to treat them. They were calling them “hello,” and even when children asked to use the restroom, the staff were screaming at them.
We were very disappointed to see such a system and school in the UAE.
Hopefully, after this feedback, they will increase the size of the admissions team, and they will learn how to behave professionally.
Some people have said they faced problems during admission, which may be due to the over-crowding at the time. I believe that no school can manage perfectly during peak periods, but extra rooms and staff should be available. In my case, I did not experience any problems during admission because we arrived early and secured seats. Some other parents were moved to different rooms, which demonstrates good planning and creativity by the school.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the bus driver on my daily commute. I have noticed that she displays rude and unprofessional behavior towards passengers, often speaking in a condescending tone and showing impatience when assisting them. This behavior creates a negative atmosphere on the bus and affects the overall experience for passengers. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly to ensure a more pleasant and respectful environment for all. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.
I was really happy admitting my child here due to the fantastic facilities and high-quality teaching. The best part is that parents have less stress as children have already done their homework at school. I hope Mayoor will provide a minivan or minibus transport to the Al Rahba area, as many of my friends are interested. Many residents of Al Rahba receive educational benefits, especially those employed by defense-related companies. Therefore, many parents would be willing to enroll their children at Mayoor. I hope the Mayoor team recognizes this opportunity so that many children from this area can attend this excellent school. My child currently travels by private transport in an Innova. I hope we get transportation to this area as soon as possible. I always recommend this school to my friends. I hope the school continues to uphold its high standards and addresses any negative reviews on the Mayoor app. Lastly, the school facilities and teaching are worth the fee.
Many people are saying that Mayoor is one of the best schools. However, my experience with Mayoor’s administration team was very bad. Their attitude was really bad, as they were not even ready to listen to our questions when we went for admission.
It’s an average school. The kindergarten and grade 2 teachers were good, but the upper-class teachers are not that good, requiring us to pay for extra tuition. The fees are very high compared to other Indian schools. Even the ADEK rating is not high. The school’s standard does not meet the expectations for the fees we pay. We had a really bad experience with the administration team; they were very rude and arrogant.
Minus for no reason, and when I pre-ordered, they didn’t give it to me. I don’t like the teachers, especially the auntie; she is not fair. The teachers [are not kind], but the canteen people are kind, so yeah. But I gave this one star, the worst school ever.
