This place is horried. If they care for the disabled they would treat their employees better. I am shocked they are allowed to get away with abusing people. They fire people with no reason.
An exit interview is a conversation or other communication between a voluntarily or involuntarily departing employee and a representative from the employer. The interview can follow a structured format or be conducted on an informal basis; written questionnaires can even be used in place of a face-to-face meeting. Whichever format is used, exit interviews are generally documented. Exit interviews are a good way for the employee to voice complaints, offer constructive criticism, let off steam, air some gripes, or explain why he or she is heading elsewhere. But the real value of the exit interview is most clearly for the employer, who can use it as a reality check, a trend-spotter, and an informal but significant review to see how the company is doing.

BEWARE THIS NON PROFIT

This company is absolutely horrible! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, as an employee or a client! I am a former employee and between the neglecte and mistreatment of clients to the unorganized staff it was horrid. Paychecks were wrong, upper management had no clue what they’re doing and they would lie all the time. They will hire anyone and let them do anything they want! There were fellow employees that were stealing, sleeping, neglecting the care of the clients and even after being reported some how still a had a job. I filed several reports and feel that they were never assessed or turned into the state as they are required! I eventually called state myself because i couldn’t bare to see the mistreatment anymore! Most of the employees have no care or concern for their job or clients. They want to show up and get paid to watch tv or sleep.
I work at McCall’s and have for several years. I love the residents and love my job. We have fun while we work and everyday is something new, it’s never boring. It is such a rewarding job because I feel like I am actually making a difference in another persons life.
